We believe in keeping things simple in our business so we give a quick summary below of what we offer---please tour the site for more detailed information.

Firstly as you will have noticed from our name we are offering Line Dance instruction for beginners and those with little or no experience---TWO LEFT FEET sums up the sort of people we love to work with--experienced Line Dancers we can happily pass on to Callers we know who work at a higher level and would be more suitable.

Our target market is people who have never Line Danced or perhaps only very rarely--- so we hope those are the kind of people attending your event---if so you have found the right place.

Secondly we believe this experience should be entertaining for your guests--- our Caller comes from an Entertainment background rather than a teaching one--- as a successful Barn Dance Caller and DJ he knows how to get the best out of Dancers--naturally there is some teaching to be done but it will be in a way that is humorous and puts people at ease, you will be in good hands.

Next and very importantly we love Country Music, there is nothing like the toe tapping, hand clapping and thigh slapping tracks from Country artists and the more modern ones like Alan Jackson create music that is just waiting to be Line Danced, we make it clear here and in the music section that we do not use modern UK chart or in fact any music other than modern Country Music---possibly the Mavericks are the only exception as they are generally classed as Tex- Mex---but Dance the Night away is a classic.

So why not dress the part as far as possible--hey a check shirt, jeans and a hat is all you need---if you bring Cowboy Boots---your a star!

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR EVENT ORGANISERS THINKING OF

HOLDING A LINE DANCE OR COUNTRY AND WESTERN PARTY

Holding a LINE DANCE is one of the best ways of solving your entertainment problem if you have to cater for people of varying ages and abilities, ESPECIALLY IF THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF PARTNERS READILY AVAILABLE because you normally DANCE ON YOUR OWN without a Partner.

Dancing is in Lines, The Line Dance Caller gives instructions on how to do the various movements, Grapevine, Heel Strut and many other recognised steps.

They act in the same way as the Barn Dance Caller being your MC, Teacher and Instructor, using knowledge and experience to decide which Dances best suit the audience as regards speed and complexity, CALLING out changes in movements as they occur during each Line Dance.

When the Dancers progress under the Instructions of the Line Dance Caller during the evening to more complicated Dances never worry about remembering the movements and changes---it is the job of the Line Dance Caller to remind everyone what to do and when to do it. This is why he will often politely refuse offers of large amounts of alcohol! If he cant remember what to do---you have no chance!

The Music used is normally Country and Western for an authentic WESTERN effect.

The Music at a Line Dance to accompany the Dancing is normally played through a Sound System using recorded Music.

Clothing varies, you can wear anything although for an authentic evening get out the Check Shirts, Cowboy Hats and Jeans.

Line Dance footwear should be comfortable to allow for twisting and turning and dancing on less than perfect surfaces, Boots are popular, Trainers are not recommended.
